Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing WeissArt for your art purchase. We offer two shipping options for your convenience: truck delivery or pick-up.

Truck Delivery

We offer truck delivery for customers who are within WeissArt's delivery range. Our delivery range is limited to Miami and delivery fees vary based on the distance of the delivery address from our warehouse. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please allow 1 day for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of the delivery schedule. Our delivery team will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm the date and time of the delivery.

If you need to reschedule your delivery or change the delivery address, please contact us at least 1day before the scheduled delivery date. If you fail to provide us with sufficient notice or are not available to receive the delivery at the scheduled date and time, additional delivery fees may apply.

Pick-up

Customers who prefer to pick up their order can do so at our Miami location 7070 SW 64th street . We require at least 2days notice before the pick-up date to ensure that your order is ready for pick-up.

Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will contact you to confirm the pick-up date and time. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when you come to pick up your order.

If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date and time, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase if you fail to pick up your order within [insert time period] after the scheduled pick-up date.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only offer shipping within Miami and do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for truck delivery vary based on the delivery address and will be calculated at checkout. Pick-up orders are not charged a shipping fee.
